About the Company

Polartec® is a 100-year-old fabric company that has invented modern technical fleece and other products that range from water-wicking base layer and cooling fabrics, to warm mid-layers and insulations, to weather and fire-resistant outerwear.

Material

Polartec® Power Fill™ is insulation made of 100% recycled material, 0% virgin crude, 0% plucked geese. The fill’s proprietary matrix of hollow fibers is light, compressible, and bonded together to eliminate cold spots, and it doesn’t retain moisture and provides greater warmth retention in colder conditions without added weight or bulk.

Technology

Polartec® Power Fill™ is made of a matrix of polyester fibers engineered into thousands of tiny air pockets that continuously capture and contain body heat, maintaining a thermal layer between cooler air outside and warmer temperatures outside. from the inside.
