Nicole is the CEO and Co-Founder of the Material Innovation Initiative. Nicole’s previous experience includes leading the international acceleration of the plant-based meat industry at The Good Food Institute, an attorney advising international technology companies on management and securities issues, a litigator suing factory farms for environmental violations, a founder and CEO of a software company, a paralegal at the U.S. Department of Justice, and an intern on Capital Hill. Nicole has a law degree from Northwestern University School of Law and a B.S. from Georgetown School of Foreign Service.
